(1) Yongquan acupoint: In the anterior third of the connection between the head end of the second and third toes in the  forefoot depression and the heel.

Main indications: neurasthenia, reduced energy, fatigue, gynecologic diseases, insomnia, hypersomnia, hypertension,  dizziness, anxious, diabetes, rhinallergosis, menopause disorder, fear of cold, renal disease,  paraplegia, vertex  headache, sore throat,  aphonia, dry tongue, infantile convulsion, epilepsy, nervous  headache, trigeminal neuropathy,  schizophrenia, up-rushing gas syndrome, etc.. (2) Sanyinjiao acupoint: On the inside of the calf, and 3 inches above the ankle.

Main indications: abdominal pain, borborygmus, abdominal distention, diarrhea, loose stool, menoxenia, uterine bleeding, morbid leucorrhea, prolapse of the uterus, amenorrhea, infertility, dystocia, spermatorrhea, impotence, enuresis, hernia, foot paralysis, urticaria, insomnia, neurasthenia, urticaria, neurodermatitis. This acupoint is in the intersection of Spleen Channel of Foot-Taiyin, Kidney Channel of Foot-Shaoyin, and Liver Channel of Foot-Jueyin. Therefore, it is widely used that can help to regulate the liver and kidney in addition to invigorating the spleen and benefiting blood. It also has the effect of tranquilizing, which can help to improve the quality of sleep. This acupoint can also utilized to improve physical function combined with Taichong, Taixi, Pyshen, Xingjian and other acupoints.

(3) Fenglong acupoint: 8 inches above the tip of the lateral malleolus, 1 inch lateral to the Tiaokou acupoint, and two transverse finger widths outside the tibial crest.

Main indications:①headache, vertigo. ②cough and excessive phlegm as well as other phlegm retention diseases. ③madness. ④lower limb paralysis.

(4) Fuliu acupoint: 2 inches above the Taixi acupoint when riding a pedal or at a supine position, which can be determined at the anterior edge of the Achilles tendon.

Main indications: 1. Diseases of genitourinary system: nephritis, orchitis, urinary tract infection;

1. Mental and nervous system diseases: poliomyelitis sequela, myelitis;

2. Others: dysfunctional uterine bleeding, peritonitis, hemorrhoids, lumbar muscle degeneration.

3. insomnia:deficiency of kidney-yin, hyperactivity of fire, both acupuncture and pressing are applicable.

(5) Zhongfeng acupoint: At the medial part of the anterior tibial tendon.

Main indications: hernia, spermatorrhea, difficulty in micturition, jaundice, fullness and distention of the chest and abdomen, lumbago, cold feet, swelling of malleolus medialis.

(6) Dazhong acupoint: Posteroinferior position of medial malleolus of internal foot, 0.5 inch under the Taixi acupoint, and at the inner edge of the Achilles tendon.

Main indications: hemoptysis, ankylosis and pain of lumbar vertebrae, dementia, addiction to lying, menoxenia, heel pain.

(7) Xingjian acupoint: In the first and second toes, and in the dorso-ventral boundary on the margin of toe web.

Main indications:① stroke, epilepsy, headache, dizziness, swelling and pain of eye, glaucoma, deviated mouth and other syndromes caused by wind-heat of liver channel.

② menoxenia, dysmenorrhea, uterine bleeding and morbid leucorrhea, as well as other gynecologic diseases.

③ enuresis, retention of urine and other urinary tract diseases. ④ hernia. ⑤ painful distension over hypochondrium.

(8) Taichong acupoint: On the dorsum of the foot, the depression behind the first metatarsal space.

Main indications:headache, vertigo, hernia, menoxenia, retention of urine, enuresis, infantile convulsion, madness, epileptic syndrome, hypochondriac pain, abdominal distention, jaundice, retching counterflow, pharyngalgia and dry sensation in pharynx, swelling and pain of eye, medial thigh pain of the knee, swelling in the back of foot, lower limb paralysis. Grinding at night.

(9) Taixi acupoint: In the medial foot, the depression between the medial malleolus and bone tendon of the heel.

Main indications:renal disease, toothache, sore and swelling of the throat, asthma, bronchitis, cold hands and feet, female physiological discomfort, arthritis, tiredness, weak hands and feet, rheumatalgia, etc..

(10)Pushen acupoint: In the lateral part of the foot in human body, posteroinferior position of the lateral malleolus, down straight the Kunlun acupoint, the lateral of the calcaneus, and in the dorso-ventral boundary.

Main indications: lower limb paralysis, heel pain, epilepsy.
